The Braemar is located in Shanklin Old Village, the oldest part of the town, with quaint thatched cottages, excellent, pubs, restaurants, shops and the spectacular the Shanklin Chine, which is a deep gorge, cut out of the rock to  form a beautiful valley leading down to the sea.

We are within a 5 minute walk of the town centre but in the summer months the train is available from the end of the road to take you down to the esplanade or into the town centre.
